Yes, if we can make it happen we are more than happy to accommodate a same day appointment.
We accept Cash or Card with our easy invoicing software!
If you scheduled a Ceramic Coating and there is no garage/indoor space where it can be done out of the rain we will have to reschedule. For most other detail packages we will show up and wait for the rain to pass. We can detail in the garage, or under a covered area (i.e carport). However, if it is going to be raining the entire day we will reschedule the appointment for the soonest availability we have that still conveniently fits your schedule.

For auto detailing we ask that you remove all personal items from the inside of the vehicle, including the glove box, center console, and trunk if we are completing a mobile car detailing or mobile car wash. We are not responsible for any item left in the vehicle, so please remove any item that you deem valuable and would like not thrown away.
In most cases, yes. Our Ozone Generator does a fantastic job on killing odors, viruses and bacteria!

If you are more than 10 minutes late without phoning us, we will consider your appointment a no-show. Please note there will be an additional fee of $25 for re-scheduling a no-show appointment.
In most cases, yes. Typically if you can feel the scratch catch your finger nail then it is not likely able to be removed.
Yes! At HydroLux we strive to go above and beyond and certainly appreciate the recognition of a job well done.
If there is at least 5 feet of space on both sides of the vehicle than we can detail your vehicle anywhere! House, office, or apartment.
